Appearance Requirement:
o Clean
o No Feathers
o No Bad Smell
o No Blood
o No Black Pad
o No Bruise
o No Chemical Burns
o Broken Bones Less than 3%
o Moisture Less than 1%
o Chicken feet pad retained and without damage
Frozen Requirement :
o Blast Frozen at -40o C
o Stocked at -18o C
Package Requirement:
o Packing carton contains 4 poly bags x 5kg/per bag=20kg/per carton
Shipping:
Shipping: 27MT per Reefer container.
Container Type: R40. (Reefer).
